Admissions and Tuition

When you are ready to apply to Heartwood Grove School we ask that you complete our online Application for Admission.

After receipt of your application we will schedule a visit for your child.

In addition to completing the Application for Admission, the following should be mailed to the school:
  • any previous school transcripts
  • one letter of recommendation from a previous teacher 
  • a non-refundable application fee of $55 per applying student, which should be mailed to:

Additional meetings or visits may be requested by the school or the parent(s) to make sure the school is a good fit for the child. 

The school then makes a final enrollment decision.  If the decision is to move forward, an Annual Enrollment and Tuition Agreement ("Agreement") is offered to the parent(s). Click here for tuition and fee information for 2017-2018.

Once an Agreement is offered, the child's space is held for 30 days to allow the parent(s) to review and submit the signed Agreement and fees.
